1. Program Description

Titan Wash Tech LLC ("Titan Wash Tech," "we," "us," "our"), operator of Titan Auto Wash, offers a promotional SMS program that delivers one-time car wash promo codes to users who request them. This is a promotional marketing program.

By opting in, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Titan Wash Tech, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

2. How to Opt In

The only way to enroll in this program is by submitting the opt-in form at:

https://portal.titanautowash.com/offers

To enroll, you must manually enter your mobile phone number and affirmatively check an unchecked consent checkbox. The checkbox is not pre-selected, is not bundled with any other agreement, and is not required to purchase a car wash or use any Titan Wash Tech service.

We do not enroll users through SMS keywords, verbal consent, purchased lists, third-party lead forms, affiliate opt-ins, shared or transferred consent, or any passive enrollment method.

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your requests. You will receive one message per promo code request. Requests are limited to one code per phone number per 24-hour period, and a maximum of three codes per 30-day period.

5. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Titan Wash Tech does not charge for messages sent through this program, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.

6. Opting Out (STOP)

You may cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message from (334) 781-4752. You will receive a single confirmation message, after which you will receive no further messages from this program.

7. Help (HELP)

8. Supported Carriers

This program is available on major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, and Sprint, as well as participating regional carriers.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is not guaranteed, and delivery may be affected by factors outside our control, including your handset, network conditions, and carrier filtering.

9. Privacy and Data Sharing

Personal information collected through this program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of information sharing exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We may share your mobile number with subcontractors solely for the purpose of delivering messages on our behalf (for example, our SMS platform provider). These subcontractors are contractually prohibited from using the information for any other purpose.

10. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder of, or have authority to act on behalf of the account holder of, the mobile phone number you submit.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. The revised terms take effect when posted to this page. Continued participation in the program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
