Official Rules — "Win a Free Year of Car Washes" Sweepstakes

(Maxwell Air Force Base Location)

1. Sponsor

Bayou Brit, LLC, d/b/a Titan Auto Wash, 6685 Edgemore Drive, College Grove, TN 37046 ("Sponsor").

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who, at the time of entry, are at least eighteen (18) years of age and the age of majority in their state of residence (19 in Alabama and Nebraska; 21 in Mississippi). Void where prohibited by law. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its affiliates, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, children) or households, are not eligible.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on August 6, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Central Time and ends on August 29, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. (noon) Central Time (the "Entry Period"). The winner will be selected at the Grand Opening event on or about August 29, 2026.

4. How to Enter

No purchase necessary. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning.

There are two ways to enter:

A. Online Entry. Visit titanautowash.com/win (or scan the QR code on promotional materials) and complete the official entry form with your mobile phone number (first name optional) during the Entry Period. Entry requires agreeing to receive recurring automated marketing and Sweepstakes-related text messages from Sponsor at the number provided (see Section 5, Text Messaging Terms). Limit one (1) online entry per person and per mobile phone number.

B. Free Mail-In Entry (Alternative Method of Entry). Hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, mobile phone number, and the words "Win a Free Year of Car Washes" on a 3″ × 5″ card or piece of paper and mail it in a standard outer envelope with proper postage to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by August 24, 2026 and received by August 29, 2026. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person and per outer envelope. Mail-in entry does not require consent to receive marketing text messages. Online and mail-in entries have equal chances of winning.

Bonus Entries. Each eligible entrant receives one (1) Sweepstakes entry for entering. During the Entry Period, each entrant may earn up to six (6) additional Sweepstakes entries ("Bonus Entries") by completing any of the following free actions, once each: sharing the Sweepstakes on Facebook (2 Bonus Entries), sharing the Sweepstakes on Instagram (2 Bonus Entries), following Sponsor on Facebook (1 Bonus Entry), and following Sponsor on Instagram (1 Bonus Entry). Maximum of seven (7) total entries per person. Online entrants may claim Bonus Entries using the links on the entry confirmation page. Mail-in entrants may claim the same Bonus Entries by listing on their entry card the actions they have completed (e.g., "SHARED FB," "FOLLOWED IG"). Bonus Entries are free, do not require a purchase, and are available on equal terms to all entrants. Bonus Entries are awarded based on the entrant's confirmation of the action; Sponsor does not independently verify social media activity.

Entries generated by script, bot, or other automated means are void. In the event of a dispute over an entry, the entry will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the mobile phone number submitted.

5. Text Messaging Terms

By entering online, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing and Sweepstakes-related text messages from Sponsor at the mobile number provided. Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time; reply HELP for help. Opting out of marketing texts after entering will not affect entries already received, but Sponsor must be able to reach the winner by phone (see Section 8).

6. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize: a twelve (12)-month "Graphene Supreme" single-vehicle wash membership at the Titan Auto Wash location on Maxwell Air Force Base, providing one (1) exterior wash per day, subject to normal operating hours and Sponsor's standard membership terms. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $540.00, based on twelve months of the membership's standard retail price of $45.00 per month. Any difference between the ARV and the actual value of the prize will not be awarded.

Important — Base Access: The prize is redeemable only at the Titan Auto Wash facility located on Maxwell Air Force Base. Base access is required to redeem and use the prize. Winning this Sweepstakes does not grant, guarantee, or imply any right, permission, or authorization to enter Maxwell Air Force Base. It is the sole responsibility of the winner to obtain and maintain any required base access or credentials. Sponsor has no ability to assist with, sponsor, or influence base access decisions. If the winner is unable to obtain or maintain base access, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor's sole discretion.

The prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes.

7. Winner Selection

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries (including Bonus Entries) received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted at or in connection with the Grand Opening event on or about August 29, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries, including Bonus Entries, received.

8. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be notified by phone call and/or text message at the mobile number provided within seven (7) days of the drawing. The potential winner may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where lawful) Publicity Release within ten (10) days of notification. If the potential winner cannot be reached after reasonable attempts, fails to respond, fails to complete required documents, or is found ineligible, the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected.

9. Publicity

Except where prohibited, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's name, likeness, and city/state of residence for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation.

10. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion; in such event Sponsor may select the winner from eligible entries received prior to the action taken. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, or postage-due entries; for undeliverable text messages; or for any technical or human error in the administration of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for any inability of the winner to access Maxwell Air Force Base or to redeem the prize due to lack of base credentials or access.

11. Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its parent, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize, including any issues related to base access.

12. Disputes

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Montgomery County, Alabama.

13. Winner List

For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to the Sponsor address listed above within sixty (60) days after the drawing date. Vermont residents may omit return postage.

14. Privacy

Information collected from entrants will be used in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy, for purposes of administering this Sweepstakes, contacting the winner, and — where the entrant has consented — sending marketing communications.
